IT ALL STARTED WHEN…

The Principal, Tom Hastings, took a group of people and created what is now known as BCS, Inc.  Tom is a third-generation builder from the Bay Area who knows the ins and outs of the construction industry. His vision is to provide a stable work environment in a volatile market, while gaining a reputation for providing construction which exceeds expectations. Through the use of management tools, selection of the right people for the job, and a determined attitude; Tom’s vision has become reality. 

Throughout the years, the BCS Team has grown significantly, refining core competencies in operational management and field execution. 

BCS is known for providing solutions for the wide range of challenges brought by clients. In addition, BCS provides services on the consulting side utilizing a wide range of construction knowledge. Through the various cases BCS has seen, as well as the problems resolved for a variety of clients, BCS has a unique set of skills within the construction industry. The greatest benefit to a client is knowing where the pitfalls are, and how to avoid them.
