    Seamus has over 20 years' experience in the construction industry.  As the Director of Consulting, Seamus performs forensic deconstruction investigation of construction claims and litigation.  Mr. Vanecko provides opinions to counsel, insurance representatives and other participating consultants on matters of damage and claims assessment, methods of repair and repair cost preparation.  Seamus also conducts construction litigation consultation and report production.

In June of 2024, he began working as a consultant for BCS, using his experience on cases involving construction defect litigation.
