Tom is a third-generation builder. The attention to detail he acquired early in his career working in high-end homes carries over to his current management in the multi-family industry. His ownership and construction site management have provided him with extensive knowledge of design, construction**,** and teamwork. Tom has a very hands-on attitude, utilizing his years of experience to oversee and mentor his team. He works tirelessly to provide customer satisfaction from concept to completion.

Jennifer Lee is the Controller at BCS Inc. in Danville. She has worked in the accounting industry for over 20 years, the last eight of which have been in the construction industry. In her current role, Jennifer oversees all aspects of the financial performance for us, its projects, and the office operations. Her goals include timeliness and accuracy for her clients.

Seamus has over 20 years' experience in the construction industry.  As the Director of Consulting, Seamus performs forensic deconstruction investigation of construction claims and litigation.  Mr. Vanecko provides opinions to counsel, insurance representatives and other participating consultants on matters of damage and claims assessment, methods of repair and repair cost preparation.  Seamus also conducts construction litigation consultation and report production.

Matt Lovering has over 21 years of work experience in the construction industry. He started work in San Francisco in 2003 as a laborer at a highly-regarded construction company and moved up through every field and office position related to construction, finishing his time there running his own division. He then started his own construction business remodeling houses in the Bay Area, which he did for 10 years. In June of 2024, he began working as a consultant for BCS, using his experience on cases involving construction defect litigation.

Chris is a results-driven Operations Manager with a strong track record of optimizing processes, improving workflow efficiency, and supporting high-performing teams. With extensive experience out in the field, daily operations, resource allocation, and cross-department coordination, Chris ensures projects and internal functions run smoothly from start to finish.

Erin is an experienced Business Development Manager in the construction industry, leading efforts to build strong partnerships with community managers, HOAs, property management teams, and commercial clients. With a background in Project Management, client relations, strategic outreach, and project collaboration, Erin develops opportunities that align with our capabilities and support long-term growth.

Robbie Lee is skilled in managing timelines, preparing documentation, and facilitating clear communication between teams, vendors, and clients. Robbie is valued for a proactive approach and the ability to anticipate project needs. Whether coordinating site activities, tracking progress, or supporting compliance and reporting requirements, Robbie brings reliability, attention to detail, and a solutions-focused mindset to every assignment.

Kristina brings a hands-on, team-first approach to her role as Project Coordinator. She thrives in the fast-moving world of construction, where staying organized and communicating clearly makes all the difference.

From tracking project details to coordinating with crews and clients, Kristina helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Known for her reliability and follow-through, she’s someone the team can count on to keep projects on track and moving forward.

Chris has worked for many years in both the construction and defect litigation industries. Chris’s 25 years of industry experience ensure a smooth process for our clients. Additionally, Chris serves as a lead estimator for BCS, providing clients with accurate information tailored to the scope of work.
