Mr. Vanecko has over 17 years in the construction industry. He began in the industry as a laborer where he grew and developed into a project manager/lead carpenter. Mr. Vanecko spent several years as a project manager where he supervised various aspects of the industry including remodeling, single family and multi family repair construction. He entered the construction defect industry as a consultant in 2006. Mr. Vanecko’s consulting experience includes opinions to counsel, insurance reps and other participating consultants on matters of damage and claims assessment, methods of repair and repair cost preparation, standard of care of a contractor, and testimony at trial, arbitration and deposition.
